e-Stamp Papers and Non-Judicial Stamp Papers are issued in accordance with applicable state laws and government regulations. Stamp duty requirements vary by state and document type. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
6. Aadhaar e-Sign
Aadhaar e-Sign services are facilitated through authorized service providers. Customers must provide valid Aadhaar details and complete OTP verification wherever applicable.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Government fees, stamp duty, courier charges, taxes, and third-party charges may be additional unless specifically mentioned.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Orders that have already entered drafting, stamp paper generation, printing, Aadhaar e-Sign, or government processing are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.
