1. Refund Policy

At Document Desk, we strive to provide fast, accurate, and reliable legal documentation services. As most of our services involve customized document preparation and government-related processes, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Services Eligible for Refund

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Payment was made more than once for the same order.
• The requested service cannot be provided by Document Desk.
• If failed in delivery of document by the document desk

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once processing has started:

• Rental Agreement preparation.
• e-Stamp Paper purchase or generation.
• Non-Judicial Stamp Paper purchase.
• Aadhaar e-Sign services.
• Affidavits and legal document drafting.
• GST Registration.
• MSME Registration.
• Partnership Firm Registration.
• LLP or Company Registration.
• Printing on Stamp Paper.
• Government fees, stamp duty, registration charges, courier charges, or third-party charges already paid.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. Once document drafting, stamp paper generation, printing, Aadhaar e-Sign, or submission to any government authority has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and documents. Document Desk is not responsible for delays, rejection, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the order is not successfully placed, please contact our support team. After verification, the amount will either be refunded or adjusted against your order.
